Call for Posters

We invite you to submit posters on topics within the scope of the Symposium. Posters will be diplayed throughout the Symposium on February 14 and 15.

Please note that oral contributions are by invitation only.

Guidelines for Poster Submission:

• The deadline for abstract submission is 28 January 2019.
• Poster abstracts should be submitted through the following form: SUBMISSION FORM
• Please note that the poster submission form differs from the registration form. 

For each submission, please indicate:

• A title
• The names and institutional affiliation of the author(s)
• An abstract of a maximum of 200 words

Poster Format and presentation:

All submissions must be written in English.

At least one author of each accepted poster must register to the Symposium and present the poster. 

Posters must be printed by presenters in A0 size. There is no specific poster template to be used.
